anyone else on pelvic rest?

I have had low placenta since 20 weeks and then had a slight spotting episode this weekend. Doctor checked me out today and said everything looks totally fine (23 weeks) and they can't really explain the spotting but my placenta is still low.. so to be safe I've been told that we can't have sex and I need to "limit my orgasms" until my follow up scan 5 weeks from now. FUN. To top it off...our Babymoon is this weekend! Thankful baby boy is perfectly fine and healthy above all though!

I have incompetent cervix and have to have a cerclage, so I've been on pelvic rest since 11 weeks when I had my cerclage placed. It will be taken out around 36 weeks.

I had pelvic rest due to a low-lying placenta from weeks 20 to 23. Thankfully at the follow-up ultrasound, placenta had moved enough to lift the restrictions, and I didn't actually have any bleeding. Here's hoping yours resolves itself soon-- pelvic rest is no fun! The things we do (or don't do) for our babies, huh?

I had to do pelvic rest at my anatomy scan. Just went today for a repeat and I got my restrictions lifted! Thank god, no sex was horrible. They say that most low placentas will move up before baby comes

I have placenta previa (diagnosed at 20 weeks) and was told not to have intercourse. The doctor didn't tell me not to have orgasms though! 
I had a bleeding episode at 12 weeks after having sex and hadn't done it since then. I spotted for a month after that too. 
I'm hoping the placenta shifts by my next ultrasound at 28 weeks!

I've been on pelvic rest since January. I have other pelvic pain diseases but also cervical issues. My husband is awesome.

My placenta is low also. Has been since 18 weeks and on vaginal rest since then 😱. Now I'm 23 weeks and it's moved a up tiny bit but not enough.

I was placed on pelvic rest when I was 5 weeks because I had experienced some bleeding...I'm thinking it was because we had done the deed...but it only lasted a few months. I'm now 23 weeks and I honestly still have no sex drive! 😳😑

I was spotting over the weekend and I had to go to the hospital and they are treating me for a UTI but they put me on pelvic rest until I visit my regular ob this week. Even though it's temporary, it sucks
