TTC #2 and concerned pnd will come back.

I'm after some advice... I currently have a 16 month old baby boy (who is awesome). I had a difficult pregnancy and birth and my circumstances at the time, were very stressful. I ended up being diagnosed with pnd when my son was 6 months old.

I was placed on medication for 6 months. I am now off the medication and feeling like my old self again and have done since I came off them. I've been off them for 6 months.

My husband and I want to try for our second baby and we have been some-what trying for the past 6 months or so.

However, I'm a bit worried and hesitant incase I end up with pnd again (I know it's a high possibility).

Also, the thought of juggling two beautiful babies scares me a little too! The first time round I was able to breastfeed quietly in my rocking chair and spend hours settling my little one to sleep in his cot. How will that all work when the new baby comes along!?! My DH is a very hands on dad, but I know most of it will come down to me doing it. Which I'm ok with, I love being a mum but it's got me wondering how I'm going to make it work with 2 kids. And a very active toddler I might add ;)

I guess, I'm curious to how other mums make it work with 2 or more kids and if you've struggled with pnd too.

I don't live close to my family or friends so don't have much of a support network.

Am I just not ready for baby no 2 or does every mum have these concerns?

Thanks ladies xx
