Did you have a no pain releif birth?

I plan on giving birth at a birthing center where  there will be no pain releif available apart from gas and air. In need of some words of encouragement and reminding that me and my body can do this!!

I've done it 4 times and plan on it again this time.

You can absolutely do it if you want it! If you prepare with some practice for pain coping and position changes and water and whatnot that can help you cope. 💗

I think it depends on your labour. I hoped for the same but I'm currently in the hospital being induced. I've had contractions 3 mins apart for the past 20 hours. I caved and took some morphine I literally could not take it anymore. And I'm only 3cm
