Plus sized, pregnant, wedding In August... HELP

So I'm currently 9 weeks pregnant and my wedding date is 8/5 and I'll be 20 weeks pregnant which I honestly didn't think about at all until today and now I'm worried my dress won't fit! 😭 I'm about a size 24... anyone been in the same boat? we're you able to wear your dress? I can't imagine that I'll be showing that much... This is my dress in the pic :)
