New to PCOS

I was just diagnosed with PCOS last Thursday and it was a shock, I didnt know how to feel. Ive always had my symptoms for a few years; weight gain, bad acne, irregular periods, ect; but i had never pieced it together. Im relieved to know what I have but I am 21 just finishing school and had never thought about whether or not I wanted kids one day but to find out that it might not be possible, I feel like something has been taken away from me before i was given the chance to make my own decision. No one in my life has PCOS so its nice to see that there is a group for it and i don't feel so completely alone, since none of my friends really seem to understand.
