don't know what to think anymore

Am pregnant am supposed to be 8 or 9 weeks. I've been to the E.R. three times in less then a month . I've been bleeding for almost 2 weeks. The last time that I went to the E.R. They told me that the baby is still in there the heatbeat is really low around 96 and they put me on bed rest . The doctor at the ER told me that she doesn't understand why my obgyn didn't put me in bed rest in the first place and I was still working . So I made an appointment but my doctor wasn't there . I had to see the nurse practitioner because my doctor wasn't going to be there for a week . So to make story short the nurse practitioner told me that she doesn't think my pregnancy is normal but that there's a heartbeat and on the discharge papers that they gave me at the hospital from the ultrasound it says that I was only 4 weeks and like 2 days and she said that even if I was really early in the pregnancy I should be at least 5 weeks . Has this happened to anybody.
