bleeding

This is my First baby and two days ago I started spotting but being my first pregnancy I got worried and went doctors and they gave me an early scan for tomorrow but today the bleeding has got worse not a lot of blood but there's more than just spotting and today I went toilet and there was a little thick stringy bit. I've got not pains I just don't know what to make of it 😫😭
