anxiety
Hello.
Over the past couple of years, I have grown more and more anxious. Well, it's reached a peak this past week. On Saturday I had a nervous breakdown and a panic attack all in one. Les to the deletion of all of my social media apps. Done with that for a while. Tonight I had major, full body shaking attacks. This happened a couple of times last year too. First major one this year. First one to make me realize something is wrong with me.
I'm looking into getting a therapist. I don't know what to do.
Any help from you guys would be so so very appreciated. Thank you. :)
