Need advice please! how to tell best friend I'm pregnant when she's struggling with infertility

I'm 8 weeks 3 days pregnant with our first sweet baby, and just had my first ultrasound yesterday. We already told most of our family, but i need advice on how to tell my best friend. We've been best friends since we were kids, 18 years of friendship, but she and her hubby have been struggling with infertility for a few years now trying to have their first. They have been married twice as long as me and my hubby. How do I tell her we're pregnant? We weren't trying but weren't avoiding for about a year and a half now, which she knows. Also, we live in different states now so can't do it in person. Should I call or FaceTime? I just don't want to hurt her feelings at all, and hope we can continue to support each other. 💛
