what's up with these pregnancy symptoms?
So I'm now four days late for my period and I woke up feeling fine then 4 hrs later my back started excruciatingly hurting I'm having stapping pains in my lower abdomen on my right side and my stomach feels really nauseated and hard I don't know what to think cause I've gotten two barely visible faint positives but nothing yet has been confirmed I'm so confused
