I'm 6 weeks and have a terrible ear ache. Scared to go to my primary care dr cause I don't want to be put on antibiotics that can harm my baby and my first appointment with my ob/gyn isn't until June 5th. Don't know what to do it's my first pregnancy.

If you tell your primary care physician you are pregnant they won't/should not prescribe something harmful for baby...

Tell them you're pregnant. There are antibiotics that are safe during pregnancy. I was prescribed some in my first trimester as a precaution before an international flight to keep a bad chest cold from becoming pneumonia while abroad.
