What's the deal with sushi? We are having dinner tonight with some family at a sushi place and they don't know. Can we have basic sushi or is it all a no go? Just want to be prepared. Thanks! 6weeks today.

I've eaten all kinds of sushi this whole pregnancy. Not often . But if it's a reputable place and only once in a while it won't hurt you . But I usually stick to California rolls , and there are lots of rolls that don't have raw fish.

Anything cooked, youre good. Dont eat the raw stuff... Like sashimi
