I get tensed when my Doc check my celvix

I don't know why every time she checks me down there it hurts. This was my second time and both times I didn't let her check me because it would hurt me. Please tell me what to do I'm due June 4th only in 9 days and I should've have had her checked me but idk every time she gets her fingers close to my vagina my body gets all tensed and it starts to hurt when she even put a little bit inside. I know I should relax and all which I try but it doesn't workkk!!!!!!
