Anyway, the model was sentenced to pay the lady $60 and do 30 days community service. Meanwhile, Distribution of Non-Consensual of intimate images constitutes a fine of up to $1000.

Given this woman's social/financial status , as well as social media status I personally feel $60 is absolutely ridiculous. And she should have been subject to the full extent of the fine and a minimum of 60 days community service. The woman's picture is online forever. A mere 30 days out of the models life is nothing! And $60 is a JOKE!

That's fucked up. She violated someone's privacy and posted it over the internet, she should be charged with disseminating pornographic photos without consent. I would have put her ass in jail for 2-3 months and made her pay the victim 10,000 of her income. I would have made an example of her, so she and others wouldn't do that bumb shit to anyone else.

Sorry but that's bullshit. She humiliated that woman. There's no cameras allowed in a locker room, but she felt the rules didn't apply to her so she put that woman's picture all over the internet. Her job saw it, her family and friends saw it. She should've sued her BIG TIME. $60? That's a joke!

People seem to keep because a person is old they're fair game for their one personal fun. It's disgusting. Have some respect for another human being. I've heard of so many instances of the elderly being abused in nursing homes, by their own children, etc. Most of the time these elderly people don't fight back either because they can't (mentally, physically) or because they don't feel that that can die to fear or any other reason- just like any other human being that gets abused. But for some reason people think it's ok because they're old, their minds aren't sharp anymore, they're slower to walk, etc. It's so incredibly sad. I personally believe when you take advantage or abuse another person you should end up with a mandatory jail sentence and a significant fine paid to the person you've hurt. I don't understand why people just can't respect another person just because they're old! Don't you know you'll be old and frail one day (hopefully- the other alternative is an early death)? Do you want someone treating you that way? Or what about your grandparents? Your parents? I just don't get it.

I really think she deserves to give up so much more. She has a boat load of money, it's not like $1000 would be much to her either. I really think this also has to do with how much people take advantage of the elderly nowadays, it's just so messed up. Nobody can really make up for what she did.
