One year ago today, I had not met you yet. I had not seen your smile or heard your laugh. I had not kissed you good morning or rocked you to sleep at night. One year ago today I had my maternity pictures taken while you were tucked away, snug in my belly.
Today my world is better, my life is brighter. One year later and I have watched you smile and heard your sweet laugh. I have kissed you a million times and rocked you to sleep countless times over. You have given me my purpose and all of the hope I need. One year later, at 10 months and 15 days old, we "re-did" maternity pictures.
You have grown so much in such a short time, and in that time my heart has only become fuller. I love you 💙
