help?
I've been noticing lately that I've been cramping a lot after eating but only after eating certain things, for example, eggs make me cramp so bad I can't get out of bed and I don't know why, any one else have this problem? Also another thing, I'll eat and if I'm stuffed I stop eating but after that it's like I haven't even eaten, any ideas to why that's happening? Like I went out to eat with my family at red lobster and I ate a decently sized meal and after eating I felt stuffed but seconds later I felt as if I hadn't even eaten and I feel like that most days after eating and I don't want to over eat so help please 😭
