My daughters nose looked HUGE which was a small concern for me because my husband has a large nose. Fast forward to now and she's 2.5 with the tiniest button nose haha. Turns out her face was just scrunched up against the placenta :)

My sisters youngest child looked like she was going to have a cleft lip in all of the 3D and regular ultrasounds they did; however, it turned out she just liked to pucker her lips all of the time. She's currently 4 yeas old and still puckers her lips without realizing she's doing it.
