any one else have a reaction to gold?

So I have a 14k wedding band and a 14k engament ring. I had the engament ring for almost 3 years and the wedding band since December. I never ever ever take them off. Buttttt this last two weeks I've been getting a greenish/brownish ring around my finger like when you wear fake jewelry.... but my rings are still normal and I'm 100% sure there not fake. But I was thinking and looked on google and it was a lot of stories with it happend to people being pregnant. I'm wondering is my pregnancy causing a Algeric reaction? Should I call my dr now or what? I really wanna know has this happen to anyone and what did they do if it's not serious I just keep wearing it but I don't want nothing to get in my blood or make me sick something crazy
