pain lower right side when touched. HELP 😢

I've been experiencing pain on my lower right side when I touch it. I plan to go to the doctor tomorrow just wondering if anyone has experienced this before? My husband and I had I tercourse tonight and it hurt so bad I cried !!! When I went to the bathroom I was slightly bleeding. Does anyone have an idea what this sounds like?! Thank you !
