I truly need help

So I'm talking to this guy we finally did something I wish could waited but hey things happens so okay I'm trying see if I'm reading into things because now I feel like ever since we did something he some what distance his self like he still texts me but now it takes him forever to text back and like he haves two boys and the first time he said I can come over when ever even when the boys are there so today I asked him we going see each other he was like while I'm have my kids with me so definitely after they go back home and I'm like to myself but you said it was okay for me to come over even if their there so I'm lost is it me or is he acting different
