bed bugs or paranoid

I came back to my room mates tonight after a weekend at my moms and I went to lay down on my bed and I moved my pillow and there was a little bug under my pillow I've never ever EVER! Had bed bugs so idk why my mind went straight to thinking it was a bed bug but after googling what a bed bug looks like (never google something when ur afraid of what the outcome will be lol) it really did look like a bed bug but I've never been bit and I checked my bed all over and no other bugs could it just have been a little mysterious bug and I'm over thinking it and marking myself freak out over nothing or could I have had just one single bed bug ... this is the first time I've ever seen a bug like that it's 12:30 in the morning and I have to be up early for work and I can't sleep cuz I'm obsessing over this little ass bug in which I have no idea what it is I'm just really paranoid and kinda convened in walking to Walmart to buy a can of bed bug spray so I can sleep lol ... I litterally just washed my sheets and stuff on Friday before I went to my moms so I know there not dirty I do my laundry every other day and I'm really just freaking out and marking myself itchy because I can't stop thinking about it please help lol
