My husband and I have been trying for 7 months with no luck

My husband and I have been trying for 7 months with no luck. This month I read that people with a tilted cervix should lay on their stomachs with a pillow under them pooching your bottom up a little. I did that after sex this month for the first time ever, and BAM! I'm PREGNANT! I'm sure this is mostly coincidental, but I will be doing this every time i'm trying to conceive in the future!! :)
