extremely painful hemorrhoid

I've called my doctors office and waiting on a nurse to call me back in the mean time wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this. Sunday I worked all day cleaning and rearranging the house. That night I noticed i was having some discomfort down there (i development sever hemrrohoids after delivering my first daughter that never went completely away) I woke up yesterday in sever pain. Hurt to walk, change position, even made me nauseous. I did the usually witch hazel but nothing helped. Today I woke up to bleeding in my sleep. I've never experienced anything like this and don't feel like this normal.
