HELP! MISSED 2 PERIODS

I'm probably overthinking but I've been on Micronor for 7 months and the first month I was on it I didn't have a period, but after that I started having one every month around the same time until recently. I haven't had an April or a May period. I took 2 tests after I missed my April one by 10 days and they were both negative. Has anyone else experienced anything like this on a progesterone only pill? (Mini pill) I need my nerves calmed. 😰
