I want to start working out. And drink more water. Over all being more health but I'm not sure how

Can someone give me some starter at home work out routines?

I'm trying to loose my stomach and make my butt a little big bigger or arms stronger and my calfs and upper leg fat not jiggle.

Also does anyone know how much water a 120 pound female is suppose to be drinking a day?
