Head Cold Help
I am 19 weeks pregnant with a head cold. I'm taking only Mucinex at half the dose because I'm scared to hurt my baby. The sinus pressure is miserable. Is there anything you have done that makes the cold subside a bit faster naturally? I've been in bed 2 days, have diffused peppermint oil and have been drinking tons of fluids, but nothing is helping it seems.
