23 wks pregnant & my rainbow baby might not make it. help

Yesterday I had yet another appt & found out that my bundle still isn't growing like she's suppose to. I'm 23 wks & she's measuring 2.5 wks behind that. Everything is normal except her weight. Her doplurs are high & the flow through the cord are low. My dr told me there's nothing he can do right now until she gets to a pound then steroid shots for her lungs & she can come out. I could also experience another replay of my May stillbirth. I'm beyond scared to bury yet another change. I just buried my son May 2016. Anyone else have their baby super early? Praying for the best.
