After a MC... TMI

Its been 3 weeks since my mc and we are trying to get back into the romantic relationship but its hard... It still hurts to have sex with a condom and lube but im afraid to not use one so soon after my mc since i dont know when my cycle will return or when i ovulate... Before we became pregnant my cycles were a little missed up...... Do we just not use a condom and if it happens again it does.... Thoughts.... It was my 1st pregnancy
