Confused need a good opinion. 😭

Soooo I hope I'm not asking a silly question but I've read when a man finishes inside you the semen can stay for as long as 3-4 days. Now, usually on Glow when it says we're overlatuing some days the percentage of getting pregnant is higher than the other days, well my husband & I had sex on my two kind of high ovulating days which was at a 15% chance on Wed & a 27% chance on Thurs. But he left on a family trip Friday & is not coming back till Monday morning.(Fri & Sat were reported my high chance of pregnancy 33‰.) so I'm wondering if it even matters that semen can last 2 - 3 days in you? Will it effect not having sex on my high ovulating days even if we had sex Wed & Thurs?
