does anyone else have really short orgasms?

I was wondering if any other women on here have a very short orgasm (mine is usually 1 or 2 seconds). Like the length of a sneeze even! It's so disappointing because I've read several places that the average female orgasm is anywhere from 7-20 seconds long. Are there any tips to make it last longer and feel better? Or am I just this way and nothing can fix it?
