i went to my doctors office and weighed 138 flat which was surprising because i weighed 130 4days ago...

And later on today we went to bed bath and beyond for some new bedding and i for shits and giggles weighed myself on every scale and was 128 exactly

on over 5 scales

also stopped by the mall and stood on the little scale they have for a quater and was 128...

🤔🤔🤔 I'm not so concerned about it but either every scale was off today or my doctors office needs to invest in a new one (they do use the old school ones which are supposed to be more accurate)
