Can't go on!

I've got a the rollercoaster of all emotions, plus major fatigue and on top of all of that glorious morning sickness. 😑 I've come home from work. But feel guilty for doing so. Because I've left a couple of times already for appointments... meeting the Dr, checking out the birthing center, meeting with my midwife. I feel like with pregnancy everything is moving so much faster, and is more unpredictable. Anyone else feeling these? It's my 2nd pregnancy.
