hey guys! I've recently been working on building up abs (it's always been a goal of mine), but I have one major concern. I'm a bigger girl up top and I wear a 32 DDD. Though that comes with a bit of back pain every now and then, I'm not ashamed to say that that is one of the things that I love about my body and I wouldn't want to lose that. Will these workouts make me lose them?
