mucus in your breast fed babies stool ?

So I never actually knew what mucus in stool looked like untill I felt the need to look up an image and turns out my now 4 month old has always had some mucus in stool ? His doctor isn't concerned because he's still growing normally but me being me am still just a paranoid freak 🙄 anyone else that has an infant with some mucus in their stool here and there ?

I've heard that it also is from your baby swallowing his saliva. I figured this was he case for mine because he drills A LOT from teething (he had two teeth by 18 weeks). Do you think this could be the case for your little one?

Mine had this for about a week and than it just disappeared and never came back!

Yes. I read that it's a sign of an allergy. I stopped drinking cows milk and switched to almond milk, and my son's stool seemed to look more normal. He also seemed to have less gas.
