Always angry Boyfriend

When I first met my boyfriend, he was happy, loving and always put in effort to make me happy and see me. But the past few weeks we have always been kind of arguing and he has been angry all time, and doesn't see me as often and doesn't care that it makes me feel unwanted, upset, and alone that he is acting like that. I told him he needs help but hasn't acted upon that. I truly don't know what to do because he told me that he loves me and doesn't want to lose me but I don't feel like that at all and I've told him this multiple times. Any advice? :(
