Is Constant Hunger Over Two Months Normal?

Super hungry all the time. Not pregnant. Four or so days from period. Heavily stressed for the past three months. I'm 24 with an IUD, happy and long-term relationship. Hoping for some advice. Thank you.

I guess it depends on your diet, what you're eating and how often you eat..

Usually birth controls hormones tend to increase your appetite.
 (IUD, pill)

Have you been going to sleep later or working out more? Your body needs food for energy, so if you're draining your body, you will feel like you need to eat all the time.

It could be from the stress or maybe the iud but i would consult a doctor to see if anything is off causing you to be more hungry
