Hello guys please i need some advise!

Since i got miscarriage last year May 1, 2016 my period came early or came late it's sound like irregular. Last month my period came late and i was started May 14 to May 16. 10 days after my period i was spotting 6 days everytime when i peeing i saw some blood spot and i used couple of panty liner a day. Now, i feel sick, mild cramping, vomiting & headache. I tried to take a pregnancy test twice but it's turn negative.. By the way i'm now 42 years old and we still trying to conceive. My concern is do i am pregnant? Or is there something wrong with me? Or i'm gonna be menopausal? Please help me. Thanks
