Been having cramps like i would before my period all day im 37+6 whats this mean?

Time them. Contractions feel like cramps at the beginning.

Unless they are getting closer together and or getting more intense... then nothing much.  Drink a lot of water, and take a warm bath. I knew I was in labor because I was in the tub for over an hour and they never stopped.

You likely are dehydrated. Drink a couple glasses of water and make sure your daily intake is at a gallon.
Try timing the cramps and watch for abdominal tightening.
Time how often and how long they last. If you have 4 to 5 in am hour lasting 60-90 seconds each give your ob a call
