FTM HELP

Okay so I'm a first time mom and I'm only 13+4 and the last few days I've been having really bad abdominal pain and cramping.. I don't know if it's normal or not and it's just worrying me a lot. I'm finally able to keep food down thanks to Zofran and I have started to get a bump. If you have any ideas or if it's normal just comment to put my mind at ease thank you.!
