First Time Mom Here

I'm due in about 3 months, I have the babies room set up and such, but I feel like I'm not ready, or prepared, can any momma tell me what they had for when their baby was born? And how their experience with giving birth was like? I want to get an idea of what to expect or what could happen, I want to be prepared, and I want to make sure I have everything I need for when the baby first arrives! Any information or lists or advice etc is well wanted right now
