miscarriage😥

Please tell me yalls stories.. I need some relief! I have not had any bleeding at all and hadn't been hurting any until today. Today we went for a 12 week ultrasound and the baby had no heart beat and was measuring at 7 weeks. We had previously went at 8 weeks or so and the baby was measuring just fine and had a heart beat of 149. We had no clue anything was wrong and now I have to take pills to force everything to come out. Any advice? I'm so scared to take this medicine. Please someone help!
