Ordering online

When you order something online - let's say more Etsy and Amazon (not prime) kind of order, do you READ the PROCESSING times? Do you understand what business days are? Do you realize small business owners DO NOT have a production line and fast machines & DO NOT actually deliver your package by hand but use carriers like USPS or UPS? 😒

Because I am honestly fucking floored at how some people can spend so much money online and NOT FUCKING READ and then go and ruin a poor small business' ratings because they DID NOT READ. And then have the audacity to act like assholes to the sellers when the sellers try to politely clarify these things to them.

Sorry, angry preggo small business owner rant.
