Career change?

Okay ladies, I need some opinions. I have advanced twice in the last year with my current job and am the Assistant Boutique Manager at my store. I work with cosmetics in retail. Don't get me wrong, I love the company I work for as I've had great opportunities and they offer fantastic benefits and pay. However I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I really miss doing hair full time. I'm currently living 3 hours from my family and new boyfriend and I'm getting very restless with where I'm at. My living situation sucks and I drive 30 miles to work, 5 days a week. I have some options as far as job opportunities if I were to move home, but none would quite match the pay or benefits I get now. Any thoughts? Having a new relationship is definitely making me more antsy but I really miss my family, too. I've been away for the last 3 years and I miss out on so much time with my parents (who are getting older, and don't have great health).
