My tribute tattoo💕

I just wanted to share this and the story along with it. I'm 23, married with a beautiful 4 yr old daughter. my husband and I have been TTC #2 since August 2014. We've had 2 early MC, Aug 2015 and June 2016. I fell pregnant again in Feb of this year and on March 9th at 7 weeks I was taken to the ER by ambulance due to the worst Pain I've ever felt in my life. Our baby was growing in my right fallopian tube which had ruptured causing me to loose 1/3 of my blood into my abdomen and in to surgery I went. My husband was so amazing thru it all and stayed strong even to that moment we were told I lost 40% of what fertility I had left after taking my right tube. I have wanted this tattoo since our first mc and it grew even more with our second and by the last event I knew I needed something other than scars to remind me that I am always a mother of 4 children weather they are all present in this life or not, they once were. Penguins are my absolute favorite animal, the balloons stand for my angels and the colors blue and red that I wasn't far enough along to now any genders and the stitches on the abdomen for what we've been thru. I'm so pleased with how it turned out and that I can look at it any time I want. Thankyou for listening to my story and letting me share it.
