Sleep training fussy 4 month old

So I haven't done anything yet, most I have done is let her cry for a minute in her crib to see if she will fall asleep. Right now we have the same routine, nighttime bath with nightime wash and lotion, swaddle, bottle, crib. Lately though she wakes up every hour at night, it never used to be like that. She is kinda a high maintenance baby. Pretty fussy and wants what she wants. I've noticed lately too she only eats when she is sleepy, I'm wondering if I can take away that bottle association with sleep. Anyways I was kinda against sleep training, but I'm so sleep deprived. It never used to be like this and I'm scared she won't go back to sleeping the way she did. She also has always just been a cat napper, so it's pretty exhausting all day and night. Any suggestions and or methods? I just don't know about any crying method because she is so fussy I do not want her to get out of hand and suffer. I'm not sure I could handle her crying anyways, I'd probably cry. When I try to put her in crib drowsy but awake she just cries.
