She just screams!!

My daughter is a month old & she literally will NOT let me put her down for 5 seconds without screaming her head off til she is beet red. I go back to work in 4 days & even though I'm able to take her with me to work, I can't hold her the whole time I'm at work. Her swing & bouncer does not soothe her nor does her pacifier. I feel like 1 month old is too young for the cry it out method. My hair is turning grey as I type this.
