Baby will only nurse one side at a time

Hi ladies! My baby is one week old today and starting last night she has been refusing to nurse off the second breast during a feeding. It doesn't matter which breast we start on - if she starts on the left she feeds great on the left, then refuses the right. If she starts on the right she feeds great on the right, then refuses the left. After trying everything I can think of (changing positions, waiting to change her diaper until we switch sides instead of at the beginning, getting her naked, burping, tickling her feet, back, arms, etc.) I have been able to get 3-8 minutes out of her on that second side. This whole process is taking 45 minutes to over an hour to get only 10-20 minutes of feeding time. This has mostly been happening at night. Thanks for any help and insight you all can provide!
