How do you deal with unsolicited advice or comments?

I haven't had that with this baby. Except from my mother. I'm like if you don't go away. She's like I'm sorry I'm just... no I got this thanks. But no one else has said anything. I had my first son 12yrs ago when I was much younger and had people come up to me and say stuff. One lady on the train said you shouldn't sit like that. I just looked at her like if you don't get it my face. She saw it in my eyes and just turned and walked away haha

I HATE it. Every parent and every baby is different, so no matter what advice or opinions you get odds are they will contradict your style & needs. However, most of the time they're just trying to be helpful! So I just smile and consider what they said. Who knows, maybe their overbearing advice will prove to be helpful? Or maybe they're just controlling twits but either way. Smile and wave. 😂😘 They mean well (usually)

I'm really just trying to figure out how to deal with my MIL and all the older lady friends in my life. I can ignore strangers, I'll try 🙊 but I want the women I know to stop, but I also care about their feelings
