I know this post is old but I wanted to help anyone. It can either mean ovulation or pregnancy. I’m 25 years old and I had never had this clear jelly until I was in my 20’s. Even so, it was always booger sized super small. And it would happen very rarely that I could never keep track of how oyen it happened. Just now that I’m expecting my first child (20w 3d) I finally got it again and it was like the picture shown. Way bigger and longer.
