What types of activities can i get in with my 9 month old?

Im at stay at home mom... and my son and i really could use something to do during the week! I literally haven't done anything since i had him. Im looking to also make some friends...... ive heard of mommy and baby swim classes... any other ideas?

I would check meetup or Facebook groups to see what you have in your area. I'm a SAHM to a 7 month old and we joined Hike It Baby and do a lot of walks with moms from there. We also go to baby story time at the library and recently have been going to play dates with moms from my local babywearing chapter. There's also a local SAHM Facebook group that meets up a lot that I just joined.

Swim classes they also have baby gyms, take him to the playground babies love observing. My son is about to be 6 months old and we like going to the park. He enjoys seeing the other children run around. At home we play with our blocks , read books and other activities. Outside of home we go to museums, the beach, library, aquarium, zoo and events the city has. (Farmers market / street fair on fridays)

You can try googling mommy and me _____ insert your cities name and find lots of ideas. You can do music classes, or mommy/daddy and me yoga classes, or even check your local library. They have reading groups and programs for infants.
